About Me
Margaret Williams, here.
I am a certified executive leadership coach with over 500 coaching hours documented through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also a certified systemic team coach. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management (DeVry University) and a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (Walden University).
I recently retired on September 30, 2025, after 39 years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, specializing in construction contract administration.
I was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and grew up in Detroit. I am single and have one daughter, who resides in Michigan and is a truck driver. I live in Anchorage, Alaska, with my loyal golden retriever, Prince, and Great Pyrenees, Ruger.
As an introvert, I enjoy reflecting, listening to music, and learning new things.
What I love most about being in Alaska is that, regardless of the time of year, it’s always beautiful, which I can appreciate, having grown up in Michigan! I am also a nature lover, and after eight moves, I am thrilled to call Anchorage, Alaska, home!!

Promise:
As a certified executive leadership coach and mentor, I promise to create a powerful space where:
…leaders can reconnect to their purpose,
…underrepresented voices are centered—not silenced,
…healing and growth coexist with ambition,
…clarity replaces confusion,
…adaptability is celebrated as a strength,
…and resilience is nurtured, not assumed.
It is a space where leadership is human,
Equity is non-negotiable,
and transformation begins within.
