Ah. Nice. These are principles of ancient philosophy and spiritual truth. Pre-Biblical truth. We can figure this out, if we pay attention to the truth of the Law. God or nature or who ever you see as the Creator shows us the law and leaves it up to us to live with consequences. Thank you, again.

Truth is a skill. Truth is a discipline. Truth is hard for some.

One in life is a perpetual student. One becomes the observer of the life around them. One is a person of choice due to observing others, and honest enough to observe ourselves and compare- not through criticism, but critique.

I like to visualize a shelf, and place each one on its own shelf due to how it makes me feel. Does it feel clean? If it does, it goes to the top shelf. Others are placed on lower shelves accordingly. When its time to learn, I start with the top shelf and see its merit. Then absorb it, make it vital through the mode that I speak and and present myself before others.

Truth is freeing. Untruth causes mistrust, a divisive tactic that binds you to it, and our actions are placed on another's lower shelf.

Having an opportunity to reconnect with our past regardless of how painful is part of the healing process. Good for you😊
