Each life is a singular existence, dependant upon no one else. It is ours to live. No one has the right to take that from us.
Life provides us many choices, that no one else has determination over.
Often this happens for two reasons. One desires us to be, who they want us to be, bc you are seen as a threat to their own thoughts, beliefs or goals. The second reason comes from their own insecurities- where you succeed, they have failed. Their goals are to challenge those things they are not brave enough to face for themselves. They seek your dependance to come from them and the way they think. They come from ego, something an honest and humble person has no compulsion for. Their intention is control.
One who faces life with honest intention and humilty, do not seek adoration or followance from others. The steps we take are singular steps, that no one else takes. Our choices and decisions are ours alone. Love is not something to be bought or sold.
Our sole resolution is to meet their words or intentions, with silence. Acknowledgment means subservience, and our defeat.
