I love these practical, yet powerful, steps to help us through the inevitable ebbs and flows of life, Margaret! Thank you!

Your article was astonishing and brilliantly written.

When I began to read your article I knew right then and there that, I better kick myself out of my own Rollercoaster ride quickly before @Margaret Williams puts me on another Rollercoaster ride I know that I will regret forever.

The answer to your question is "Yes and Yes."

I absolutely agree with you, Self-critiquing yourself to death is an automatic self-destructive button that no one else chose to create but themselves.

Not everything will be as perfectly structured as planned.

Thanks to your words of support and wisdom, my glass is still half full and proud to be part of this wonderful community.

Ashley,

Personally, I never liked rollercoasters because I don’t like not being in control. However, when we let go, that is when the magic happens🔥❤️🎉🙏

Lisa,

Good point! Archiving these steps as a reminder would be helpful. I will reflect upon this. Thanks

I screenshotted the list of emotional triggers just to remind myself that they are not just my triggers—they are the human triggers.
